The great folks at Epicurious.com offer a Tax Day cocktail that is guaranteed to make you forget those paycheck deductions and back taxes.
Here’s their Tax Day cocktail recipe:
•1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) gin
•1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh orange juice
•2 teaspoons dry vermouth
•2 teaspoons sweet vermouth
•2 dashes (about ⅛ tsp.) Angostura bitters
Shake ingredients with ice; strain into chilled glass.
