In Saturday’s Tax Watch column, I discuss the plight of Michael Marom, who is embroiled in a pitched battle with his neighbor over construction of his dream house in Hartsdale, learned earlier this year that the assessed value on his half-built home almost tripled. His fight to get a zoning variance remains mired in legal wrangling.
